- Inspect the box for damages
- Make sure the product inside matches up with what you ordered.
- Always better to decide as quickly as possible whether you like the product or not, rather than waiting on for the entire 30 days period offered by the seller to return the goods.
You can initiate a return for all unopened items within 30 days of receipt of the product for a full refund, which can either be in the form of store credits or refund to your selected method of payments. You must return the unused product with all original materials included with the shipment and we must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of the delivery date. Store credits will be processed within 24 hours of receiving of unused product. We will provide return shipping costs only when the product was delivered in error from our end, and does not match up with your placed order confirmation. Only unused items qualify for a replacement in case customer chooses to opt for it. Customer will bear the shipping charges for all replacement items.
For all used and opened items return shipping costs will be customer’s responsibility and only a partial refund will be issued depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise. Products if washed will not qualify for return. Returns initiated 30 days after delivery will not be processed for any refunds. Items bought under ‘Clearance’ are not eligible for returns.
